I really appreciated that it was just a few steps from the Discovery Museum and a quick stroll to Newcastle Castle, making my weekend exploration so much easier and more enjoyable. plus, the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a solid selection of options.

Just a great match for spending a night in Newcastle upon Tyne with very good value for money. The shower was powerful and hot, and I appreciated the shampoo and soap provided. Tip, If attending an event, double-check the local transport options nearby.

The hotel is ideally located near the train station and offers comfortable rooms. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. I encountered cleanliness issues in the bathroom and experienced some noise at night. a pleasant stay worth considering.

Perfect spot near everything!

Had a fab stay for one night with the family! Location was spot on, just a short walk to everything. The staff were super friendly, and they even offered my kiddo hot chocolate! The only issue was that the sofa bed had a dip, making it a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, we enjoyed our time. Breakfast was okay, but could be better!

From the moment I checked in, the warmth radiated! Michael at the front desk made my day with his genuine smile and helpful spirit, even ensuring I had a fan when the room got a little warm. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and plentiful, with cheerful staff on hand to keep everything stocked up, which made starting my day effortless!

Great proximity to the city center, with a simple five-minute stroll from the coach station. Rooms equipped with USB ports are a nice touch for charging devices.

The breakfast area is poorly planned, with significant queues forming at busy times. The toaster can barely keep up, leaving you waiting longer for your toast with limited breakfast options. On one of the hotter days, the air conditioning couldn’t cool the room below 18 degrees, making it uncomfortable during the night. No luck with windows either. we were stuck on the fifth floor with no fresh air. Parking is another hassle. without clear guidance on permits , you could be left guessing about charges and options. Lastly, expect interruptions even on late checkout requests, as we found ourselves nudged to leave sooner than anticipated.

Our family enjoyed a spacious twin room, but cleaning left much to be desired. The staff at reception were welcoming, though some seemed a bit unkempt. Breakfast could use some love. fresh pastries would be a lovely addition. A perfect spot for exploring Newcastle’s shops!
